oh sick! amare stoudemire did a crazy off-the-backboard-off-steve-nash's-head-360-tomahawk slam!!!! hahaha.. that was so sick!!! but josh smith was even better!!!! wearing throwback dominique wilkins jersey, he does a left-handed windmill slam and then throws an opposite 360 tomahawk slam to end the finals with 50 and 50..... crazy......vince and lebron has competition...josh smith is the current king of dunks
in other nba allstar skills competition, phoenix won the best team shooting....nash won best ballhandling...and Q-Rich won 3pt shooting......if only amare did something even more spectacular.....haha..then phoenix would SWEEP! but ya oh well....JOSH SMITH IS THE KING OF DUNKS!

Such a sad day....NHL 2004-2005 season...axed.... gone.... deleted.... OVER!!! =( so sad.... first year in the history of professional sports where a whole season has been scrated.... gary bettman... u owe the hockey fans all across the world alot more than what you think you have just sacrificed! sigh... no NHL playoffs..... sigh... no stanley cup..... aw man... this spring will suck!

Patience, for grandma, was the key...and hopefully it will be for me...

I feel really happy today in one way....and terrible for everything else! My grandma came to Christ today! Such a miracle! My mom told me back when my mom was a kid, grandma didnt like my mom going to church, but now, after so many years, grandma's life has turned around, and she has accepted Christ as her personal saviour! I feel so happy for her and also for mom! I can imagine all the angels above praising and celebrating the rebirth of another in Christ! Patience was the key for my mom. She trusted in God and was patient in Christ's work in grandma... and it paid off! Grandma's a Christian! PRAISE THE LORD!
Patience was the key for grandma...and it is the key for me... I need to be more patient. I need God to give me patience to endure this pain. So much work, so little time. Sigh... and with valentines day, my enemy, lurking around, I hope I survive. I feel so STUCK in this life. Man... life does suck alot of times....sigh... especially with this crap and so much anonymity from "you", but ya... gotta endure... gotta persevere... gotta have patience.... gotta have God!

Valentine's Day......"collide"-d

It's the weekend before Valentine's Day... all the guys are out scrambling for last minute gifts/cards/valentine chocolate/etc. It's so hectic for guys. But why guys? Why do guys "hafto" do all this? It's so complicated. Valentine's Day can be so much fun! It can be so exciting if your loved one gives you a special gift....if they go off of their own schedule to get you something special just cuz you deserve it! So much happiness! But what about those who have just "lost" their loved one? What if he/she have just broken up? Or what if a person just cant find love anywhere? How would their Valentine's Day be? miserable... lonely... depressed... angry... Why does every good thing hafto have something bad accompanying it? Sigh... it's so sad if you just want to give something or just show some appreciation to somebody you love, but all you get is well... nothing... wouldn't that be satisfying, eh? Ha! Sure... Rejection... such a sad word... such a depressing word. Yet, there's no rejection with God! Seriously, I wish it wouldnt be "stupid" if you had God as your "valentine"... i mean...he's always there.... always accepting... always loving.. and plus, He NEVER FAILS! God is love. That's someone I can always sacrifice for, but never repay fully. Thanks God. Thanks for being there. Thanks for loving me even tho there ain't much love in this world. You're the best!

Michigan boy, 4, takes mom's car for middle-of-the-night video store visit

SAND LAKE, Mich. (AP) - A four-year-old boy with a hankering to drive took his mother's car to a video store in the middle of the night and back, police said.
Although unable to reach the accelerator, the boy managed to put the car in gear and make his way to the store, just under a half kilometre from his home, at about 1:30 a.m. Friday, said Doug Heugel, chief of the Sand Lake Police Department. Finding the store closed, the youngster began a slow trip home.
Weaving and with its headlights off, the car got the attention of Sgt. Jay Osga, who first thought he was following a car that had been left running at a gas pump.
He flipped on his lights when the car turned into the apartment complex and struck two parked cars. The boy then put the car in reverse and struck Osga's cruiser.
"He knew how to go from forward to reverse," Osga said Monday. "The mother said she taught him how to drive by letting him sit on her lap and steer."
No charges will be filed against the boy or his mother, Heugel said.
"He's four years old. His mom didn't even know he was up," Heugel told the Grand Rapids Press. "I don't think he even realizes what he did."

Thanks julia, for sharing about your STM trip to India... it meant alot to me cuz i was so self-centred for the past long while... and i really needed to focus on the priviledges God has provided me...and how lucky i am to be even living in Canada.... Thanks for helping me learn that my fatigue and stress is nothing compared to what the people of third world countries endure, and that i can tough out my fatigues...and thank you for helping me with the bible study tonite! haha...花樣中年 was such an amazing show!!! hahah it was so stupid and funny, but it was kind of cool....i kinda felt rite in the storyline, cuz it seemed so REAL to me...welll...some parts of it...many other parts were so fake, but still.....=P......man.. brings back memories... cuz i watched this show in hongkong 2 yrs ago and it was soooo super funny!!! but now show is over...=( haha but time to move on!!!! i'll never forget this KECKZAP!!! hahaha...=)
